ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed directly in our cellar and processed within the next 24 hours. Your order will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days depending on the place of destination.

For orders from Milan, Monza, Lodi and the provinces we will contact you by telephone the day before delivery, for the rest of Italy we will provide you with the tracking code to monitor your shipment.

SHIPPING DAMAGED

In case of parcels damaged or broken by the courier, please reject the parcel and contact us by phone or email. We will take care of the return and postponement of your order.
